Light Patrol

Light Patrol uses a modified 30ft. mobile home as a base from which teams of trained youth specialists, volunteers and registered nurses reach the streets safely and efficiently. Teams are also sent out in a customized camper van, on mountain bikes, and in pairs on foot in an effort to reach the “hidden” homeless. Lastly, through Safe Light, girls in sexually exploitive situations such as prostitution, street pregnancies and “survival sex” are reached. By being present where the need is greatest, Light Patrol is reaching both the visible and “hidden” homeless youth.
