Here is an idea of some of the jobs we have available. All jobs require a strong Christian community; some youth work, small group leadership and programming experience would be helpful.

Don Mills/Finch Community Youth Outreach Worker

The Community Youth Outreach Worker will have strong relational skills, and will function well in a team environment. An undergraduate degree is expected, a Masters of Divinity is an asset, and experience in mentoring and discipling young people in a relational ministry setting is helpful. Young Moms Outreach Worker, Brampton

(40% time Position/16-18 minimum per week) A YOUNG MOMS OUTREACH WORKER runs a weekly parenting group in connection with the Life Centre/KRT in Brampton. Provide one to one mentoring for interested young moms; recruit and train volunteers for mom’s and children’s programs. Provide weekly spiritual teaching and discussion for young moms group; provide both parenting and life skills training; oversee an active children’s ministry that coincides with the parenting group. Raise funds to cover salary and yearly budget to run program.

Neighbourhood Outreach Worker

Developing and overseeing volunteer ministry teams in a drop-in setting, a variety of programs and mentorships in order to meet the needs of community youth – social, emotional, vocational and spiritual.

Street Youth Worker

Befriending and assisting homeless youth on downtown streets as part of an outreach team.

Leadership Roles

Various senior leadership opportunities exist for those with proven leadership and relational ministry experience.
